Hello Ladies,
Over the past weeks I have read about Medela, women who are bashing breastfeeding, articles in magazines that quote incorrect facts and blasting breastfeeding.
It has caused me to be angry and sad. But, it has made me think. About why I continue to pass on the information I know to be true. That breast is best.
Maybe the simple truth is enough. Maybe helping the women who ask for my help is enough. Maybe the women who don't ask are just looking for an out. For what ever reason and that is something they will have to come to terms with.
Sometimes we have to just know that moving one stone is all we can do, that moving the mountain is simply not possible and the one small stone we did move does make a difference.

There's so much good in the worst of us,
And so much bad in the best of us,
That it doesn't behoove any of us,
To speak any ill of the rest of us.
