Pamela, Kathy, Heather, Linda and others. :) I am so enjoying this
debate. It has been respectful and enlightening. It has caused me to
question where I stand.
I need to be brief (plane to catch!) However, I do believe that the baby
has no voice and that it’s my responsibility to help parents look at this
issue from a baby's perspective - focusing on biology, immunobiology and
neuroscience. The parent-child relationship is too important for one side
to be weighted. This shared information is usually received with interest
and surprise. Then - whatever the parents decide needs to be supported.

In haste
