Marsha, I read with great interest your quote from the Ross Employee Manual,
"Never underestimate the role of nurses. If they are sold and serviced
properly, they can be strong allies.  A nurse who supports Ross is like
another salesman."  Wow! "SOLD AND SERVICED PROPERLY."  Yes I'm shouting!
How terribly insulting.  How does one obtain this manual?  I'm sure it would
be very enlightening, not to mention entertaining reading!  I've heard you
can find just about anything on Ebay.  Maybe I'll go look...
