This has caused a big discussion in the UK..... http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-24908670
People are split on their opinions. Personally I think the money would be much better spent supporting the mothers who have challenges and need support to continue breastfeeding. There is not enough of this available. Opinions welcome.
