A friend/colleague/client of mine has an almost 3 year old and four
month old twins.  She was on bedrest for almost half of her pregnancy
with her twins, and had a very intense perinatal experience.  Her babies
have gotten only her perfect milk since birth.  She just emailed me this
little morsel (and gave me permission to share it):

"breastfeeding is just awesome ... even better than with ben. they
really know what they are doing, and i have not had one problem with
engorgement, blisters, mastitis, or anything. the weight loss/eating
everything has been great, too!"

As Liz so wisely said the other day - there's something very encouraging
about these little problem-free (at least in the bf sense) miracles.
