Representative Carolyn Maloney from New York is drafting a bill to support
breastfeeding by new mothers in general, and, more specifically, in the

Among other things, she is trying to ensure that women have a place to
pump/express and sufficient paid time in which to do so.  She is asking for
support as well as stories "...to highlight some of the challenges facing
new mothers and how employers are responding to their needs."
