I agree with Regina, that a long pre-formed teat can make taking the 
breast more difficult for some babies. I have tried the Calma bottle 
(myself, it does require negative pressure) but the teat is an open 
spout with a valve at the base, and is very long. I don't see any 
advantage at all over fingerfeeding or using a standard bottle with a 
shorter teat in a way that is more friendly to bf. BTW, a Hazelbaker 
fingerfeeder tube can be treaded through the nipple hole on a Playtex 
NaturaLatch nipple and the feeder placed in the bottle holder, without 
the drop in liner in place. This makes a bottle that requires negative 
pressure to transfer any milk! The fingerfeeder is distributed by 
Hygeia, a Code compliant company.
