I can't remember if I've posted this request before, so if I have, I
apologize in advance.

I'm volunteering with the Lactation Consultants at a large teaching
hospital (roughly 4500 babies/year).  We are looking at starting
up a peer counselor (resource mothers) program and would like
information about how other
facilities have done it (I do already have the MO WIC manual).
The La Leche League-type model doesn't seem
to be a good fit with our population.

Any information, documents, manuals, etc. would be very helpful.
