I agree with the theory that tight bra's lead to nipples that are inverted or
dimpled.
OB  Dr's should caution their patients when they first do nipple/breast
exams.
Case in point: my sister who has a 4 month old, prior to pregnancy everted
nipples, during pregnancy she wore a "wonder Under" for about 4 mos. Her
breast grew rapidly and she was uncomfortable but couldn't/wouldn't afford a
new one.  After delivery lots of problems. now has nipple tips that the
centers are dimpled inwards.  Not nursing.
