According to Toni Bark, MD who was  the first I knew of to recommend them:
 
Phytolacca -- 30 C -- 3 pellets under  the tongue
 
three hours later, Hepar Sulphur --  30C -- 3 pellets under the tongue
 
three hours later, Phytolacca (repeat  dosage)
 
three hours later, Hepar  Sulphur  (repeat dosage).
 
So if you started at noon, next dose  @ 3 pm, then 6 pm then 9 pm -- less 
than 12 hours.
