When I describe "RAM" in my BF class for expectant parents, I use it with
a twinkle in my eye and a smile on my face.  They usually respond with a
smile of their own at the notion of ramming a baby onto the breast.  But
it effectively makes the point that mom is to bring baby to breast rather
than drop her nipple into baby's mouth -- and I always see "lightbulbs"
click on when I explain the rationale.  I then show the 10-minute video
"Infant Cues," which repeatedly shows moms (lovingly) bringing baby to
breast.
