I need some help for a mom I'm working with. Her baby is 5 mos. old. She has
had thrush and went through 3 teatments of diflucain. She has deep breast
pain and aches throughout her body so much so that she can't function. Dr.
has diagnosed rheumatoid arthritis. He will not give her any meds because she
is bfing. Dr. suggests weaning may make life easier. Mom doesn't want to
wean because baby is allergic to all abms except the predigested stuff$$. Mom
feels thrush is still there but no one will believe her or treat her. Her
health plan is not providing much help either. Anyone here of this before? If
it is Arthritis how does that affect bfing? Is there any suggested course of
treatments or medical articles about this?
Thanks for your help.
