Great! So we have 4 sick mothers in a room.  Lets say 3 have seasonal flu and one has H1N1.  Now they are all together for 48hrs while awaiting pathology results.  Now only one of them gets antivirals and the other 3 go home with a dose of nosocomial H1N1 as well.  Blimey, there's a recipe for a nasty, mutated flu virus.  
How does legal feel about that?
