I think Jack's breast compression technique would work very well in this
situation.  I think it has been pretty well  discussed on Lactnet that
changing mom's diet probably will not increase the amount of fat in her
milk.  The trick is to  get the fattier, hind milk into the baby!  Baby is
well?  No cardiac problems or UTI?  Sincerely, Pat in SNJ
