Marsha,
THANK YOU for your post regarding attitudes toward pumping moms.  I am getting a little tired of the "only the purest way is appropriate" attitude.  I think we all WISH breastfeeding could be total for every mom and baby, but we have no magic wand to wave and make all the other factors disappear!  It is the very attitiude you spoke about that leads to accusations of making moms feel guilty and labelling all BF supporters a "nipple nazis".
