I might be inclined to send the note pads to the Hospital ethics committee,
and ask them if it is ethical and within the hospital's ethical rules to
advertise a product within the hospital walls that is known to have health
problems? Then, I would take them, and file them in the round file....

Also, it is pretty cheap to have little note pads printed. Try your local
printer or copy house. We did it with grandchildren's photo, and it was not
that expensive, but it might make a real point to the staff who allow
themselves to be used as free vehicles of advertising.  Geez, if I was
going to advertise for a company that was a monolith, I'd at least get PAID
for selling my soul to the devil.
