Have you tried having the mom use the same breast for a number of hours
vs. a number of feeds? If she has OAL, chances are that the milk baby
gets is pretty low in fat and can digest very quickly. Baby could easily
feed 2-3 times in just a couple of hours. Maybe it would help to do a
complete pump-out with a quality pump, and then have mom feed on one side
6h before switching (tell her that when the big hand is on the right side
of the clock, she offers the right breast; left side of the clock, offer
the left breast).

I have met a few moms who can pump another 18oz within 5m, an hour after
pumping out; I refer them to a local reproductive endocrinologist to rule
out a pituitary tumor. Beyond that, some moms self-prescribe Altoids
(peppermint reduces supply) and even Sudafed (1 dose reduces supply by
49%, as I recall). BCP's can also be used to reduce supply but need close
supervision by an HCP because the estrogen can cause too much of a dip.
