THIS WEEK on a similar bill in Texas.  Actually, in many places, bf in
public is against the law because exposure of the female nipple or areola in
public is defined as indecent exposure regardless of the context, whether
top less bar or breastfeeding mom in a restaurant.  Rush Limbaugh could use
