How does this mother know she still has milk? Is she leaking spontaneously
or expressing milk to check- just the regular expression may be enough to
drive some production and we all know lactation consultants who have let
downs when they are teaching and finally I remember a reference from Betty
Crase from a n early 1900's medical text that noted milk production for
several years after weaning was common.  Cathy Liles
