Any idea why a mother who is pumping about 6 times/day for 5 days
(suggested 10-12)eith a good(vs a bad electric pump ;-)) electric pump
and taking fenugreek caps (3: 3 times/day)wouldn't be able to express any
more than a couple drops?  Baby is not at breast, even refused nipple
shield but her goal is still to be able to provide BM via bottle.  She
mentions that her breasts feel fuller and sore.  Can manually get "a
couple drops" as well.  What could be going on here.  She is on the verge
of giving up :-(  Felt at a loss as to how to help her more.
