could this be a simple bleb? did you see it yourself? you can search the
archives for bleb and should find alot or bf textbooks too. it certainly may
require this incising, however it makes me hesitate to contemplate someone
cutting a wedge out of a nipple. maybe a second opinion before she does
this?
