Do any of you have this experience? Twice this month, someone in our dept.
has been asked to lecture on bottle feeding. Now, of course we can do this
because we are all experienced RNs and LCs as well...but don't you think
it's strange to ask an LC for this lecture?

Any suggestions for the best things to say? I mean, it is true that some
babies will get bottle fed and moms do need to know something about it if
that's what they choose but....as an LC, what is an ethical approach to
this?

I don't want to say "now I am speaking as an RN, CPN...so forget I'm an
LC."

Susan
