there may be additional support there?

        my understanding is the aap considers it incompatible as it supresses
lactation.. there is nothing there about passage into milk

      tom (hale) indicates that only 6% remains in plasma... the indications
for not using /w lactation are related to side effects on mom. this is the
area that needs discussion and more information.
