I think that Lisa's answer provided some good additional information for you.
I thought of one other thing you might try.  Sometimes a baby's suck changes
when milk is introduced, consequently a dry suck assesment may feel different
than when the milk comes.  How about trying to introduce some ebm with a
syringe when doing another suck assesment?  Can't hurt, huh?
