I would also like to hear about any resources that anyone else might have on this issue.

I'd like to put together some information for clients (as I do
ocassionally have bottle feeding ones or ones who do supplement). I
also have a personal interest as our soon-to-be 9 year old daughter
entered thelarche over a year ago. She was fed predominantly soy
formula after I had a typical American first breastfeeding experience.
Soy was cheaper and cow's milk based seemed just as alien... ...sick to
my stomach now and still angry. Dear daughter is very lean, so it's not
a body fat issue and there's no family history of early menarche. She's
also ADHD and I can't imagine her as a fourth grader next year having to
be concerned with personal hygiene. :-( She can't even get her hair
combed without reminders.

regards,
Beth
who thinks she'll go cry now...
