I must say this has been the week for poop questions.  Have a mom with a 3 week old and baby has been having green stools for about 2 weeks.  Mom seems to have quite a bit of milk.  I have had her nurse from the same breast for two feedings.  
During early morning stools are yellow, but by afternoon they are "lime green" color.  
Baby does not have any other problems and seems to be gaining extremely well. (Was back to birth weight by 5 days)
My advice was to go for three feedings on the same breast.  This mom is a vegetarian and I am reluctant to advise dairy elimination, unless the green stools are a real problem.
Any other advice out there.
