"Currently the opinion of the Wisconsin SIDS Center is that there is no
proof that breastfeeding impacts the outcome of SIDS."

If fuzzy language reflects fuzzy thinking, no wonder they don't get it. What
on earth does "impacting the outcome of SIDS" mean? There is only one
outcome of SIDS and nothing can impact it.

In fact, all this has to do with "not making mothers who did not breastfeed
feel guilty". It's crap. What about all the mothers who for years put their
babies' on their stomachs, on physicians advice, and their babies died of
SIDS? Do we worry about their feeling guilty?
