I had a mother from Dubai contact me this morning.  She is unable to produce enough milk for her baby and believes the Lact-Aid would be very helpful for her situation.    As far as I can tell from the Lact-Aid website, they only ship to the US.  If anyone knows of someone who ships to Dubai, please let me know and I can get the info to the mom or give you her contact information.
