I have just begun to get involved in Pennsylvania's breastfeeding scene. 
They have two great resources:
-The Pennsylvania Breastfeeding Coalition (www.pabreastfeeding.org), which
works to secure an annual proclamation from the Governor in support of
breastfeeding, Dr. Jeanne Spencer is the President ([log in to unmask])
-PA has recently applied federal maternal and child block grant money for
breastfeeding promotion and awareness activities.  The PA Department of
Health is using this money to give out grants for these activities.  Contact
Martha Kautz, who oversees this program, for more information on this
