Same headshaking with me, Rachel. When I see a mom and think I need to touch her
breast and/or baby and/or go into baby's mouth, gee, I just ask the mom if
she'll let me...
Ofcourse I'll first explain to her my concerns, than how I think I'll be able to
confirm or help and then ask if she's OK whit that. Simple as 1+1=2. No
legislation involved.
