There are websites that exist for the purpose of publicizing conferences.
Please respect the Lactnet guidelines, which do not allow announcing such
things on the list.  It is not because we want them to be secret, it is
because so many of our subscribers make their living teaching or arranging
conferences or speaking at them and we don't want LN to be an advertising
venue, nor do we want such people who do respect the guidelines to be at a
disadvantage.

Please refer to your copy of  the guidelines (you all received them when you
subscribed).
