Denny, yes, that is my understanding as well. I mentally place this in the
"prescription" category in my head because it's a dopamine antagonist that
was available in the US by prescription only. So forgive me if I was
over-reaching there, but given the history and category of the drug, this
would, I suspect, make a strong case if there was a bad outcome.

If you re-read my post, I think you'll see that I've tried to focus on the
scariness of taking this action, i.e., the potential for putting one's
license in jeopardy. The original question was about giving a drug to a
mother if you had "a fairly accessible source of domperidone." Meaning, the
act of providing the drug to the mother would, in my unlearned opinion,
create a *potential* legal problem.

I started that post by saying that I'm not an attorney, so I'd second
Denny's question by asking if there are any attorneys listening?
