I just wanted to ditto all those who have said that
the mom who was handled roughly by the nicu nurse
should write a letter of complaint

I work as an L&D staff nurse and the ONLY time any
real changes take place as far as staffing/policy
issues is when a pt complains-

In my prenatal BFing class I am emphasizing this with
all the moms to let management know if they feel they
are not supported appropriately in BFing- if moms(the
customers) complain, then maybe the management will
see lactation as something worth allocating
money/staffing toward
