That is just so sad. I work for WIC in Indiana. We sometimes hear this but 
not 90% of the time. We have really worked with our hospitals all over the state 
to try to have quality Breastfeeding education at the hospitals. That has 
helped. Not a true "fix" but it has made an improvement.
