That is what Janene just said...  I personally agree.

She got a new baby for Christmas.  I thought about removing the pacifier 
and bottle but have given up on that, my kids usually put juice or water 
or pumped breast milk in them anyway.  Janene tried to put the pacifier 
in the dolls mouth and her head came off.  She was horrified.  She has 
now thrown away the pacifier after declaring that mommy was right, 
pacifiers aren't good for babies.
