How about the person who rotates the stock  in the nursery cabinette?  Some
of the formula reps do it, but the nursing staff is ultimately responsible
for current dating on formula (and meds).  Tell the mat supervisor or
nursery staff or hosp QA.  I'm feeling magnaminous today (Christmas Spirit
:-)  One can of out-dated formula isn't really any  big deal ........sorry,
