Has anyone tried to grow sprouts out of fenugreek seeds, and how did they
effect on milk supply?

Here in Finland fenugreek is not available in capsules, but we have whole
seeds out of which to brew tea. I had a bag of fenugreeks seeds with
instructions how to grow sprouts. Unfortunately I never tried that - and now
regret I didn't try the effect of sprouts :) . I am wondering if sprouts
would be more effective than tea.
