I strongly agree this is an overall supply issue. I have seen this
many times, having quite a few moms with PCOS and other low supply
cases. Certainly she has strong risk factors for low production.
I also agree that massage and breast compression would help, however I
would strongly recommend all the measures available to you and her re
increasing milk production.
You / she may decide a lactation aid would be useful in the interim.
