My apologies to everyone on the list.  I was by no means trying to advertise
my book when I made the post about its being on Mosby's site.  I had just
discovered it myself, and was so excited that I wanted to share my excitement
with 1300 of my friends.  I've never published a book before, and it's kind of
a rush to see stuff about it in print.

I'm sorry if anyone construed this as solicitation for the book.
