I've got a mom who has been taking Topamax during her pregnancy.  She  has 
been told she has to wean off it before she gives birth (in 8 weeks).   I have 
the 2002 Hale which lists it as pregnancy category C and lactation risk  
category L3.  Is there any more information in the 2004 edition?
