I laughed so hard at Kathleen B's querry about my meaning of "codependancy."
 Yes, it's true.  I DO need a 12 Step group for LACTNET addiction.

To briefly clarify, I was referring to over-identification with people
pleasing, i.e. taking your view of your own worth chiefly from what others
think of you, and to feel as if it is not ok to have limits and boundries. I
think the real risk of burn out comes when you give till you give out.
