The size does not depend on the baby, but the size of the mom's nipple!  I
learned by error, so take a look at mom before your prescribe shields.  You
should be doing this in person anyway,. not over the phone or thru an
intermediary.    M. Scott, RD, IBCLC working for WIC and some consulting
