Last I heard, Missouri Physician's Mutual insures our only free standing
birth center in Missouri.  (I mean birth center in the truest sense, they
might be insuring some of the hospital "birth centers" as well.)  I have no
idea if this company does business outside the state.

And FYI, the founder Tim Trout will be speaking at the Odent/Gaskin (The
Future of Birth) conference in May about why he feels birth centers are good
to insure.
