It's wonderful that the breastfeeding support community has managed to turn
round the Chicago Hope episode into something that could be highly valuable
and educational...but in the US only. Chicago Hope is bought by networks
all over the world - sad to think mothers elsewhere are likely to be scared
and misinformed, and they just won't see what sounds like, in Kathleen B's
post,  a truly  excellent news and information item : (

Every so often, one of the major soaps in the UK produces a baby and we all
hold our breath wondering if the mum is going to breastfeed or not! Last
one I remember was Tiffany in EastEnders who did indeed breastfeed baby
Courtney -  for a time. Now Judy in Coronation Street is expecting twins,
and I really really hope she will do it!
