Has this mom yet started back to work?  I assume she is a working mom. . .Or
is she preparing to?  Her baby may not be willing to take breast milk from
her, but may be transitioned by the creative and flexible caregiver. Any
introducing of solids yet?  Could caregiver be in charge of that?  Is baby
interested in self-feeding at all?  Little bits of something that would keep
him, and his pincer grasp, entertained for a while?
