Several years ago I spent a day in the NICU at our tertiary care center,
Darthmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon, NH.

I was able to watch a baby get its first massage -- just the feet, as the
PT gently crooned to the baby, "That's your feet. It's a wonderful world
and we won't always hurt you when we touch your feet."

You might contact them for more info. We've had babies come back to us to
"grow and feed" with their scrapbook pages (done by their nurses) tucked in
to the bottom of the isolette! We are lucky to have them.
