I think the question is how different is lapband from gastric bypass?  And how long has it been between the surgery and the beginning of this pregnancy?  "Making More Milk" by West & Marasco has a small section on gastric bypass.  They talk about how certain vitamin vitamin deficiencies can interefere with supply (among other things to consider).  Also, that women are encouraged to wait 2 years before getting pregnant.  I found this last statement very helpful in working with a client who was struggling for these reasons... to take courage that it may be very different with the next baby.  This is a wonderful resource to own (Making More Milk) and it is thoroughly referenced so the reader can dig deeper.
