I'm more than willing to complain to the company re: the different prices
charged for different pumps.  Are you proposing a collective letter or
individual?  I think they may appreciate seeing the various ideas that have
been expressed on Lactnet.  I have always understood that they are open to
constructive criticism that will improve their product and customer
relations.
