Sort of following the thread:
I have been able to buy all kinds of pumps and bottles at garage sales,
flea markets, etc.  Very cheap and I wasn't supporting the companies.  I
also purchased my Ezzo book this way - no way was he getting any royalty
from me!  I also find myself taking his books and hiding them whenever I'm
at any bookstore.
