        IMHO it is hard to convince people that breastfeeding is the best
thing to do for their child because that's not really the issue for  a lot
of people.

And I wish people who think "your brain turns to mush because you're
breastfeeding" could meet the patient I had today.  A G7P7, (including
two vaginal breech deliveries), who has breast-fed the previous 6 and is
now starting #7 at the breast -- she is the Consul for her country to the
United States.
